Refill Policy (Existing Customer)


1 Week Refill (Ideally Day 1-7):

at least have 80% of lashes still intact.


2 Week Refill (Ideally Day 8-14):

at least have 70% of lashes still intact.


3 Week Refill (Ideally Day 15-21):

at least have 50% of lashes still intact.


4 Week Refill (Ideally Day 22-28):

at least have 30% of lashes still intact.



If more than 28 days have passed, a new set will be required.


If a client arrives for a refill with fewer lashes than the minimum required, the refill will be treated as a different week based on the number of lashes remaining:


  1. 1 Week: Less than 80% lashes will be considered a 2-week refill.

  2. 2 Weeks: Less than 70% lashes will be considered a 3-week refill.

  3. 3 Weeks: Less than 50% lashes will be considered a 4-week refill.

  4. Less than 30% lashes remaining will require a new set.


Scheduled the next Refill appointments after service will receive 10% discount

Touch-up Policy (New Client)


We are welcome the New clients transferring from another salon and provide 10% discount for using our service . To qualify for the promotional price, your current eyelash extensions must be done within the past 2 to 3 weeks and should have at least 50% of the lashes remaining. Otherwise a new set will be required.


Cancellation Policy

We encourage the customer book the service via the website or call us with our hotline: (925)575-6409. Although the appointment is free but we will require the client to notify us 24 hour ahead of appointment time to cancel the service. Otherwise it may result on $40 fine.
